Submit a signed transaction to the node

Usage: marlowe-runtime-cli submit FILE_PATH

  Submit a signed transaction to the Cardano node. Expects the CBOR bytes of the
  signed Tx from stdin.

Available options:
  FILE_PATH                A file containing the CBOR bytes of the signed
                           transaction to submit.
  -h,--help                Show this help text
